Ein Verkäufer war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gemachte Zusage wurde nicht eingehalten. Ein von uns ausgesuchtes Fahrzeug wurde fest reserviert und durch einem anderem Verkäufer einfach verkauft. Alternativen waren dann mangels Verfügbarkeit nicht mehr vorhanden.
