They picked me up at the airport and helped me with all the paperwork, temporary registration and insurance. I got spare tyres as a gift and many great advice about the car.

In the beginning the contact went well, they responded quickly and were helpful, but ...
... unfortunately, for them a quick profit is more important than a satisfied customer: while I was waiting for the agreed inspection finally to be done by the local Mercedes dealer (because you cannot easily assess a car in Riga, Latvia, yourself) they just sold the car to someone else!?

Dear Peter, Thank you for your rating and your opinion it is very important for us. As we discussed via phone i would like you to remind, that we haven't signed any agreement, also we didn't had any mutual agreement for car reservation also we didn't had any confirmation from you, that you are ready to buy this car, so we sold it to other customer. Inspections was planned and also it takes time, because you wanted to make full car inspections and we agree to do that, but as it is in any workshop, there time schedule when it is possible to make.
