Responded to my messages first thing in the morning and gave me all the information, pictures and footage I asked for. Communicates very good in English and picked me up in my hotel at the day we had the appointment. It’s a real pleasure to work with this company.

Ich weis es nicht
Händler nicht vor Ort im Ausland Besichtigung Fahrzeug möglich aber keine Fragen weil Ungarisch sprachig (kein Deutsch) telefonisch wurde ich abgewürgt weil offensichtlich im Ausland Kunden in seinem Job wichtiger waren

Telefonisch nicht erreicht, auf erstes Email keine Antwort. Erst nach zweitem Email Antwort war aber selbst nicht vor Ort - offensichtlich im Ausland ! Keine Bedienungsanleitung im Auto und auch kein Kundendienstheft, keine Probefahrt möglich da nicht angemeldet und keine rote Nummer da! Telefonisch vertröstet bin nach 15 min gefahren … Anruf danach nicht mehr angenommen!
