Fraud Fraud Fraud!!! I contacted Auto Lux Concept and we agreed about this car, I accepted their full price and waited for contract or invoice more than 7 days. They lied or didn't answered every time I called or texted. At the end they didn't send contract and told me car is sold to other buyer in Spain. That was 7-8 days ago and car is still on their mobile.de page. Don't try to do business with them!!! Every answer on this review will be a lie.

At the beginning, the vehicle wasn't available 100%. Due to a lack of agreement with the owner. And when we were finally able to sell it to you, you weren't answering anymore. So we sold the car to some one else and the customer was delighted. Pls understand we do not send a contract before being totally sure we can provide a vehicle for the agreed price. Sorry that we didn't reach an agreement. Regards

I can only partly understand the previous comments, but I want to share my direct experience with Auto Lux Concept (so the following text is based on my personal firsthand experience): I saw my car on mobile.de perfectly advertised in German. Since I am from Austria, I was always looking on the typical car-selling websites in the EU, autoscout, mobile etc.. I directly called the advertised telephone number in Luxembourg and in between 5 minutes Mr. [...] arranged a live video call from the car on WhatsApp. He carefully guided me through all my questions and could answer them all and clear out my concerns especially regarding the registration process in Austria for a not-standard car. After I received the contract, the deposit was paid and the flight to Luxemburg from Vienna booked. With much excitement and high expectation, I was picked up at the airport from Valentin, who was the responsible person for the handing over the car to me. Alles perfekt!
