Es wundert mich doch sehr, dass ein Autohändler nicht in der Lage ist, eine genaue Aufstellung des Fahrzeuges auf Anfrage zu liefern.

Der fest vereinbarte Termin war ein Flop. Weder der Berater noch das Fahrzeug waren vor Ort.

Der Verkäufer weigerte sich, mir das Auto zu verkaufen, weil „angesichts der Lagerprobleme wir nur an den Kunden verkaufen, der in der Region wohnt“

I have tried to buy an Audi A3 from 2020 for my company. First they ask for my company papers to check it, on monday. Tuesday i was asked to get an extract from chamber of commerce with stampes and signatures on all pages. The one that i send the first time i have recived it in digitally form via email without any stamps and signatures. So i went personally to chamber of commerce to get one. Wednesday this company ask me for pictures from my company activity, company logo, websites..... In the same day , and the day befor, i called their office but nobody answer the phone. My company is 11 years old , has imports in Europe since 2012 and could have been checked from the day one. Wensday i bought from onother company similar car . In 24 hours i had the invoice on my mail from the second company.
