I like how the dealer helped me giving all necessaries informations and more other details about the car. Also he was very helpful, also founding a person that speaked my language to understand better all things an permitting me to be confident. After that we speak together in English with no problems. He also permitted me delay our meeting together, and that consented me to organize better my travel from Italy to Germany. At the end, after buying, paying, signaturing etc, he offered to me my brother and friend, that came there with me, a little present that I had appreciated very much. He is a gentleman! So thank you Heinz, really nice to meet you.
In the beginning of the negotiations I had a bank problem with the first payment. Was not depending by me, but that's it. The money was locked for some reason... this unpleasant inconvenience ruined the good vibes that we had, cause resulting into a delay for transfer the money and the seller was hungry with me and didn't understand that in those moment I was doing all my best to fix the problem asap, and I was me too worried. Fortunately finally the bank unlock the payment and all the things return to go very well.
