Der Händler gab zeitnah eine erste Antwort.
Inzahlungnahme möglich, aber mein Fahrzeug wurde schon per Mail abgelehnt! Scheckheft gepflegt mit Wert zwischen 15.000 und 17.000 Euro! Das empfand ich als nicht in Ordnung....

55.000 EURO for "stock" car, they are betrayers, the car does not exist, they don't wanna give the money back, online with attorney. They use this 6 weeks delay from contract just to have miney withouth interes. Beware, do not pay some if you will not have the car în front of you.

Dear Nick, the vehicle had a delay of 4 weeks due to Corona and delivery bottlenecks in the automotive industry, we can't do anything for the delay if it comes from the manufacturer, you received your Land Rover Defender 90 P300 in Fuji White from us, the payment You have paid in advance, we generally take a deposit of 10% and then the remaining amount on delivery. In your contract it is regulated according to German law that you are bound here for 6 weeks in the event of a delivery delay.
