Nothing
As I do not speak German, I called the dealer in English. The answer was "Deutsche sprechen". Person whom I was talking dod not make any effort whatsover to ask somebody else to even start communication. It is hard to imagine, that in 2023, in the heart of European Union, nobody in this dealerhip is not able to communicate in English.
