We need your telephone number for Subject Access Requests to send you a secure passcode to open the document. Your telephone number will be automatically deleted from our systems after we have sent you the passcode.

As per the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-DSGVO), you can request information about your personal data used by mobile.de as well as its deletion. Please fill out the form, ensuring that all entries are complete and accurate and select the relevant option. You will receive an email from mobile.de or Adevinta within 30 days containing a secure link with which you can access your data for a limited time of 10 days. Or if requested, you will receive a confirmation of the deletion of your data.

The data entered in the form are solely used for submitting your request and identifying your information and will be subsequently deleted by us.

Authorized Agent Authorization: If you’re an Authorized Agent submitting a request on behalf of a data subject (consumer, individual), you must attach written authorization from the data subject indicating you’ve been authorized to submit their request. The document must be signed by both parties. Please send the proof to datenschutz@team.mobile.de.
