Hello, we are sorry that you are not happy with your car - all our pictures is taking in our own place with a phone, not a single picture is edited after taking? Also all customers can get a full video of the cars.

We always send our customers a full video of our cars along with a description, but there can occasionally be unexpected issues since we deal with cars.
