- Misleading Information:
If you come across an ad with inaccurate or misleading information about the condition, mileage, or features of the vehicle.
- Suspect Pricing:
Ads with unrealistic or suspiciously low prices (compared to the market price) should be reported.
- Suspicion of Fraud:
Any indication of fraudulent activities, such as requests for advance payments or suspicious communications from sellers, should be reported to us immediately.
Simply click on the "Report Advertisement" link – on the desktop in the right column under the provider information, in the app at the very bottom, at the end of the ad.
Then provide the details: What is wrong? Is it the information about the vehicle, the provider, or something else? Did you notice it already in the ad or during the on-site inspection? Your information helps us to categorize the problem and respond more quickly.
Your report is generally anonymous! But if you would like to be informed about further processing, you can provide your email address or phone number.
- Immediate Review:
After we receive your report, we will immediately start an investigation.
- Communication:
If you have provided us with your contact details, we may contact you. Sometimes additional information is needed to properly assess the situation.
- Actions Taken:
Depending on the outcome of our review, we take appropriate actions. This can include deleting the listing, suspending the account, warning the seller, or taking further steps.
- Feedback:
We want to give you feedback and make our actions transparent. If you have provided us with your contact information, you will receive feedback on the actions taken upon completion of the review.
