You get reliable ratings from real customers! All content is independent and not for sale. mobile.de uses modern analysis methods to prevent manipulation. Reviews and comments that violate legal regulations or our review guidelines will be deleted.
This helps you make better decisions: Being well-informed gives you a sense of security – for example, when other customers recommend dealers. The more you know, the quicker you find the dealer that fits your needs.
The star rating gives you a quick overview! You can find the up to 5 stars already in the search results list. In the listing, you can see how many other customers have already rated a dealer. You can find all details and comments on the dealer's review summary.
Buyers or interested parties who contacted a dealer via the contact form may receive a rating invitation by email. Since an automatic invitation to all users could be misused, only some users receive an invitation to rate.
Additionally, the dealer can invite a customer to a review after concluding a vehicle purchase. You can directly ask the dealer where you bought your vehicle to invite you to rate.
Users can then report their experiences: How quickly their inquiry was answered, how they rate the quality of the advice, and how friendly the dealer was.
If you receive an invitation to rate, please always be fair and honest. Even when offering criticism, be polite and constructive. This helps other buyers in their vehicle search – and our dealers in becoming more customer-friendly.
