Herr Roor und sein Angestellter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Problem würde sofort behoben . Wobei es noch nicht Mal von Herrn Roor verschuldet war sondern vom tüv. Jederzeit wieder gern. Wenn mein Mann das nächste Auto kauft. Auf jedenfall wird das Autohaus die erste Wahl.
Habe nix zu beanstanden.

Kontakt im Vorfeld und die Abwicklung waren sehr gut. Herr Roor macht einen sehr seriösen Eindruck und wirkt mit seiner Art sehr beruhigend. Gern wieder, sollte sich was ergeben.

All was good at the begining. Easy buying.... but when I bought the car...
I bought a 2020 Ford Focus automatic, advertised as 100% correct. As soon as the car arrived, I realized that something was wrong with the automatic transmission. I immediately informed Ural Auto that something was wrong, but that I would take the car to a Ford service center and let them know what it was. Ford service confirmed that the automatic transmission is broken. After I reported this to Ural Auto, they immediately blocked me on Whatsapp and no longer respond to any messages. Obviously I will have to file a report and file a fraud claim. It is obvious that the car is faulty. It all looks like a nice fraud on the customer.
