They were nice
It took them 4 weeks to make the car documents and release the car. There's no way to contact them. The don't do temporary plates. I will never go through this again.

Die Kontaktaufnahme kam schnell zustande und das war es dann auch schon.
Dass man mit Du angesprochen wird, da könnte man vllt noch drüber hinwegsehen. Allerdings habe ich nie Antworten auf meine Fragen erhalten, ein Finanzierungsangebot blieb auch aus und der Berater, man ist ja an einen gebunden, kann auch nicht gewechselt werden. Heute wurde nach fast 4 Wochen erneut angerufen. Habe mittlerweile ein anderes Auto gekauft. Nicht empfehlenswert

Tesla has easy system to order.
The sellers of Tesla in general are not very well trained regarding the features of the cars they sell. They change the price after I ordered and even after I received the order agreement and the invoice. So I canceled my order. The sellers are also not aware of my file so I was contacted by several sellers to set up issues which were supposed to be solved by the previous seller.

Der Händler hat mich angerufen, aber leider die von mir geschriebene mail nicht gelesen. Daher war er unvorbereitet und leider auch unflexibel oder nicht bereit einen Kauf der für beide Seiten akzeptabel ist zu erarbeiten.
