Sorry for your inconvenient but what you are saying is not possible, the polo was sold the day it arrives and we have answered all the request the same day. Sorry if you are disapointed for missing this car but you can not say it took 10 days to answer, it is simply impossible. But again i understand the frustration of missing a great business but someone was just faster to purchase the car. I hope next time it will be for you.
