We flew from Portugal to purchase the vehicle. Once we arrived at the dealership, 40 minutes passed before anyone asked us if we wanted help. The car was inoperable and had. It moved in over 600 days. This information would have been beneficial to know before we flew 4 hours to make a purchase. We left and drove 2 hours to the closest Volvo dealership and purchased an identical vehicle in less than 1/2 hour.

I am ready to buy the vehicle but after 2 weeks, still i did not receive the invoice. They say it takes a bit time because invoice is coming from central office. But in any case, i think 1-2 week of time just to preare an invoice is too long
