Good communication despite the language barrier.
Bought a Sprinter III 316 for camper conversion. All went ok, but the nightmare began the next day on my drive back to Sweden. After just 120 km, the engine light came on with NOx sensor errors. Contacted dealer immediately via WhatsApp and phone, but they ignored me. On Monday, they suggested I visit a MB workshop, which confirmed the NOx sensor was faulty and needed urgent replacement (€987). Despite informing the dealer, they refused reimbursement, citing "not pre-approved" and "not their workshop," conveniently ignoring their own silence during the critical moments. Future buyers beware: Unless you’re an auto expert, stay away from this dealer. The inspection report shows prior repairs to the exhaust near the NOx sensor, raising concerns about a reset ECU hiding the issue.
