Freundlich, spricht gut deutsch
Auf meine Mail kam keine Reaktion. Als ich anrief, bekam ich mitgeteilt. dass die km-Angabe nur so im Fahrzeug abgelesen wurde, aber nicht stimmt. Man wollte mir per Mail die tatsächliche Laufleistung mitteilen und auch noch ein paar andere Fragen beantworten; ich bekam aber nie eine Antwort.
