We got an agreement with the seller about the car sale, however, when I send the seller my billing information he stopped to react and he sold the car to somebody else.

Since the buyer intended to purchase the car at a net price and not pay VAT, the company's documents were provided to the tax consultant for control. The tax consultant recommended that we refrain from conducting a transaction on such terms. The buyer was notified of this via email.
