Since there are no COC papers for American vehicles, it is unfortunately not possible to obtain them, as was openly communicated several times from the beginning

I visited the shop without an appointment, but after 10 minutes I test drove the car that I wanted to buy. Also my German is not good but they are really friendly and they brought a woman who speaks English to help me out .
