Die freundliche und lockere Art des Verkäufers. Schnelle Antworten bei Fragen. Er hat sich stets um meine Anliegen gekümmert und ist sehr zuverlässig.
Seine Bereitschaft zum verhandeln. Trotz Termin mussten wir bei Male warten was aber nicht so schlimm war.
