NEVER had such a TERRIBLE experience! I cannot express how appalled I am by the horrendous experience I just had. On the day of May 17th, 2023 (Wednesday) at approximately 11:00 AM, we made a car reservation. The company confirmed my reservation and assured me that the car would be reserved for me until the following Saturday, May 27th, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Naturally, I began making preparations for the car transport, excited to finally have a vehicle at my disposal. On May 18th (Thursday or the day later 19th), 2023, I noticed that the car advertisement had mysteriously disappeared. I assumed it was due to my reservation and eagerly awaited the day I could pick up the vehicle. After the weekend we dialed the dealer's number. The dealer said that the car has been sold. He had the nerve to sell the car to a Slovak customer, mistakenly believing that I was that very same customer. OMG!!!!! This is an unforgivable mistake and a grave breach of trust. Text here is limited, otherwise....
