The salesperson does not answer questions over the phone, does not make videos, hangs up the phone and leaves the customer talking alone. I don't know how to proceed like this. How can you sell a tablet, let alone a car? [...]

Der Händler ist sehr direkt und zuvorkommend wir hatten nicht das Gefühl das Auto kaufen zu müssen sondern konnten uns in Ruhe das Fahrzeug anschauen und uns selbst eine Meinung bilden. Wir konnten das Fahrzeug am selben Tag mitnehmen. Eine Probefahrt war Vorort problemlos möglich. Gerne wieder.

Das Auto hätte mir gefallen…
Recht unfreundlich am Telefon. Das Auto wird im Inserat mit unfallfrei beworben, am Telefon sagte Hr. Winter dann, dass er die Autos im Paket von Händlern kaufe, und nicht wisse ob diese unfallfrei sind und es auch nicht nachvollziehen könne. Das ist Leute für dumm verkauft!! Er sagte auch, es wird nur an Gewerbe verkauft, damit er keine Gewährleistung geben muss. Davon abgesehen, dass in der Anzeige steht bevorzugt an Gewerbe und nicht ausschließlich. Auf alle Fälle nicht sehr seriös, durch das Thema der Unfallfreiheit…
