In der Anzeige wurde ein kapitaler frontschaden in Höhe von über 20000 Euro schlichtweg nicht erwähnt. Am Telefon hat der Verkäufer dann auf Nachfrage ehrlich Auskunft gegeben aber grundsätzlich gehört so eine wesentliche Information sofort mitgeteilt, weil sie erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Kaufentscheidung hat

Feeling, when you talk to the guy, and know, he just wants to get rid of a crashed, and fixed car. Saying, it will be sold this afternoon anyway. 2 weeks later, still not sold. The most scam. Making an appointment with one guy, another one shows up. Saying, we are family, we share the bonus. …sure.
