When you apply for a position with us, we process your data in accordance with this Recruitment Privacy Policy. Your data will be held and processed by mobile.de GmbH and/or on its behalf by other companies in the mobile.de GmbH group (including all wholly or partly owned subsidiaries of mobile.de GmbH), by its third-party recruiting platform provider, for purposes related to your registration of interest in current or future employment with mobile.de GmbH.

If you decide to sign up as a member of the mobile.de GmbH Talent Community we will process your personal data to keep you informed of events that we organize at mobile.de GmbH which may be of interest to you, as well as to inform you about any suitable alternative vacancies that may arise in the future and that fit your profile.
Which data do we collect?
Personal information we collect about you may include your:
- name, date of birth, address, contact details, language skills, and, if necessary for your application, your right to work status;
- academic records and qualifications, including certificates and transcripts;
- recruitment and employment history including information about your previous roles, remuneration details, and references from previous employers;

You are not obliged to share personal information with us, but we are unable to process your application without it.

Additionally, if you are part of our Talent Community we need to use your personal information to communicate with you and to send you relevant information.

If your application is unsuccessful, your personal information will be retained for 24 weeks unless you give your consent to join our mobile.de GmbH Talent Community, in which case it will be retained until you revoke your consent. You can always revoke your consent for being a part of this Community and will have easy access to update or change your profile.
What are your rights in relation to your personal information?
You have certain rights in relation to your personal information such as the right of access, the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object, withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
