This price list contains the prices for dealers for using the dealer area as part of the mobile.de service. The price list is valid from April 1, 2024 and replaces all previous price lists and price agreements, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. All prices are exclusive of the applicable sales tax. The General Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Dealer Area of the mobile.de Service (GTC-HB) and any other agreements concluded between the parties shall apply.
The mobile.de pricing model described below applies to the use of the dealer area of the mobile.de service for searching for and offering vehicles. Depending on the use of further features and tools, the leasing commission model as well as the prices for mobile.de demand tools and other services and fees apply in addition.
The mobile.de pricing model
The mobile.de pricing model applies to advertising vehicles for sale and consists of three components: the selected package, the number of advertisements placed and the average asking price of your vehicles.
The packages: You can choose between four different packages: the platinum, gold, silver and bronze packages. These offer you a different scope of services designed to best support your vehicle trading business (more information on the packages and the services included can be found here). Use of the professional domain is included in all packages and price scales.
The number of ads: Depending on the number of ads that you have advertised per package and per day on average within the billing month, you will be assigned a specific scale, as shown in the table below (Price Scale).
The vehicle price class: Depending on the average offer price of the advertised vehicles in the billing month, you will be assigned to a specific vehicle price class for the respective billing month. Depending on the vehicle price class, mobile.de charges a surcharge of between 0 and 15 percent on your tiered price. The vehicle price classes and surcharges at a glance:

The average number of ads placed and the average offer price of the advertised vehicles (per month in each case) are determined by calculating the average number of your ads and the average offer price of your vehicles on a daily basis for the respective day. The basis for calculating the average offer price per day is the vehicle price specified by you, including the VAT rate selected for the ad. Ads without a price are not included in the calculation.
If the advertised price of a vehicle changes within a day, the highest advertised price of that day will be used for the calculation. On the first working day of the following month, the sum of the daily averages of the number of ads or the offer prices within a package is calculated and divided by the number of days in the respective calendar month. The result is commercially rounded.
When determining the aforementioned average values, pure leasing offers, i.e. vehicles that are offered exclusively as leasing offers as part of the leasing commission model (see below), and ads in the “e-bikes” category are not taken into account.
Price scales
* Average savings in relation to the average monthly price per advertisement (average advertisement price) by comparing the average advertisement price with 1 advertisement posted (price scale 1) with the average advertisement price of the respective price scale (with the maximum number of advertisements in the respective price scale). The savings stated represent the commercially rounded mean of the corresponding savings from all packages. The actual savings vary depending on the package, price scale and number of advertisements per month.
** Savings in comparison of the average advertisement price with 1 advertisement posted (price scale 1) with the price for each additional vehicle.
The number of the price scale (column on the far left) corresponds to the maximum number of ads that the dealer has placed on average in one day in the billing month (e.g. in price scale 3 a maximum of 3 vehicles on average in one day). From price scale 71, i.e. if you advertised more than 70 vehicles on average in one day in the billing month, each additional vehicle is billed individually at the prices in the last line of the table.
How your monthly costs under the mobile.de price model are calculated
Leasing commission model
As a dealer, you have the option of offering your vehicles not only for sale, but also in a leasing model. The leasing commission model applies here. With this model, you only pay the leasing contact request fee for contact inquiries about advertised leasing offers, which we forward to you by e-mail. Posting the leasing offers itself is free of charge. The leasing inquiry fee is 0.09% of the net offer price of the vehicle per contact request, but at least €15 (this is below the industry average). This means that if a user has already made a leasing contact request to the dealer in the same billing month, further leasing contact requests from the same user to the same dealer in the same billing month will not trigger a further leasing contact request fee.
Users of the Platinum, Gold and Silver packages receive the following monthly discounts on the total leasing inquiry fees (net) incurred in the respective billing month:
The package status on the last day of the month is used as the basis for determining the aforementioned discount for all leasing contact requests in a month.
The fees from the rental commission model are incurred independently of the costs from the mobile.de price model and are billed together.
The provisions of the rental commission model and the rental request fee apply accordingly to the null-leasing.com service offered by us at www.null-leasing.com. The General Terms and Conditions for the use of the null-leasing.com service also apply for this.
mobile.de Demand Tools
mobile.de’s Demand Tools enable you to improve your online offering and improve your sales. Insofar as this is expressly stated below, demand tools may refer in whole or in part exclusively to the depiction of your offers (ads) on the classic mobile.de website (desktop version) and not to the depiction in apps or on the mobile portal.

The demand tools can be booked separately under the following conditions. Dealers who have booked a platinum, gold or silver package (see above under The mobile.de pricing model) receive a certain number of selected demand tools each month, which they can use free of charge ("free quota"). Some demand tools can only be booked exclusively as part of certain packages.
The calculation of your monthly free contingents for demand tools
The scope of the free contingent depends on the package you have booked (Platinum, Gold or Silver) and on your respective average price scale of the last three active previous months (to calculate the price scale, see above under “The mobile.de price model” and “Price scales”). If your dealer account has existed for less than three months, the average is calculated on the basis of the existing active previous months. This means that you can always be sure of the number of free monthly contingents you have. The corresponding number of the relevant price scale (e.g. 15 for price scale 15 (see table above)) is multiplied by a factor that depends on the selected package (Platinum, Gold or Silver package) and the respective demand tool and is shown separately for each demand tool below.
Example: If you are assigned to price scale 15 in the last three months and have booked the Platinum package, you will receive a free contingent of 75 units (15 x 5 = 75; price scale 15 x relevant factor 5 of the demand tool Top Ad for dealers with a Platinum package) for the demand tool Top Ad, for which a factor of 5 applies for dealers with a Platinum package (see below under Top Ad).
The Top Ad places your ad resp. vehicle in the top slot of the search results pages, under the condition that your vehicle matches the potential buyer's search criteria. If more than three Top Ads match a search query, the top displayed ad is selected at random from all the matching booked Top Ads.
Besides top placement in the search results, the Top Ad is also displayed on the search results page with an extra large image, your contact details and a link to your mobile.de dealer homepage and marked as a 'Top Ad', in the desktop version only.
Price security
The total monthly cost for the Top Ad will not exceed 600% of the net cost of your current price scale – no matter how many Top Ads you book in the respective billing month.
Free contingents
Platinum package dealers receive 5 times the number of free Top Ads as the calculated price scale.
Gold package dealers receive 3 times the number of free Top Ads as the calculated price scale.
Silver package dealers receive the number of free Top Ads as the calculated price scale.
When you use Ad Turbo, your ad is positioned higher up in mobile.de standard sorting, which means it will get more clicks. What's more, your ad will be automatically exported to Kleinanzeigen and will regularly appear on the first page there – a great way to reach more potential buyers from your own area.
To book Ad Turbo, you need an average dealer rating of 3.5 or more.
Requirements for exporting to Kleinanzeigen
• Only for cars, motorcycles and motorhomes (not for the e-bike category).
• Dealer and vehicle location in Germany.
• At least one photo.
• The ad may not be marked as 'For trading and export only'
• For cars: The first registration must have been at least 9 months ago.
• For cars: The mileage must be at least 1,500 km.
• The ad must not contain EnVKV specifications.
With the Page-1-Ad, your ad will be listed on the first page of search result pages when your vehicle matches a potential buyer's search criteria (flagged as a 'sponsored ad'). If there are more than three Page-1-Ads that fit the search, the ads presented are selected at random from all the ads ordered.
Price security
The total monthly cost for Page-1-Ads may not exceed a specified sum. You pay a maximum of 200% of the net cost of your price scale per month – no matter how many Page-1-Ads you place in the respective month.
Free contingents
Platinum package dealers receive 5 times the number of free Page-1-Ads as the calculated price scale.
Gold package dealers receive 2.5 times the number of free Page-1-Ads as the calculated price scale.
Silver package dealers receive the number of free Page-1-Ads as the calculated price scale.
The Red Pen Price quickly lets customers know when a price has been reduced. The old price is crossed out next to the new lower price. The Red Pen price appears in the search result pages and in your ad's Detail View.
Price security
The monthly costs of the Red Pen Price will not exceed a certain amount. You will pay a maximum of 90 percent of the net cost according to your price scale per month – irrespective of the number of Red Pen Prices displayed in the respective month.
The Red Pen Price is included for Platinum package dealers.
Booking
You can use the Inventory List to activate or deactivate the Red Pen Price for individual vehicles or for the entire inventory at any time.
Terms
The red pen price will be displayed in the ad if you have advertised a vehicle at a specific price for at least 14 days, and then lower the price. It is based on the lowest overall price in the last 30 days or, once this period has passed, on the lowest overall price since placement of the ad. In the event of a gradual decrease in price, the overall price listed before reducing the price for the first time will be decisive. The price must have been reduced by at least 2 percent. Once there has been a valid price reduction, the red pen price will be displayed for 30 days.
Only the days on which the Red Pen Price is displayed are counted.
The Red Pen Price is automatically disabled when
• the last valid price reduction was made 30 days ago;
• the price is increased again;
• the ad is marked as new.
Legal Information
Price discounts may be impermissible under competition law in individual cases, in particular if
• a price reduction is feigned by first increasing and then reducing the price;
• the offer is not offered for long enough at the original price or is offered for too long at the Red Pen Price (see above for time periods);
• the higher price is (was) only used to make the reduced price look particularly attractive ("unrealistic price").
Non-compliance with these rules may result, among others, in competitors or consumer protection associations serving you with a warning, the costs of which you will be liable for.

With the Eyecatcher, the search results show your ads enlarged and with colour highlighting and a clearer structure that helps them to stand out.
Price security
The total monthly cost for Eyecatcher ads may not exceed a specified sum. You pay a maximum of additional 200% of the net cost of your price scale per month – no matter how many Eyecatcher ads you place in the respective month.
Free contingents
Platinum package dealers receive 5 times the number of free Eyecatcher Ads as the calculated price scale.
Gold package dealers receive 3 times the number of free Eyecatcher Ads as the calculated price scale.
Silver package dealers receive the number of free Eyecatcher Ads as the calculated price scale.
With the delivery option, you can offer Germany-wide delivery for your vehicles. This will increase the reach of your listings and your demand.
Price security
The total monthly costs for the delivery option cannot exceed a set amount. You pay a maximum of 300% of the net costs of your respective price scale per month – no matter how often you book the delivery option in the respective month.
Free contingents
Platinum package dealers receive a free contingent based on the calculated price scale (if, for example, price scale 15 is relevant, the free contingent is 15).
With cross-location listings, you can offer vehicles in several branches at the same time. This increases the reach of your listings and strengthens the online inventory of your branches.
You can specify up to ten locations.
Price security
The total monthly costs for cross-location advertisements cannot exceed a certain amount! You pay a maximum of 300% of the net costs of your respective price scale - no matter how many cross-location advertisements you book.
Free contingents
Platinum package dealers receive a free contingent of 0.5 times the calculated price scale.
With Kleinanzeigen Export, your ads will additionally be displayed on the Kleinanzeigen platform at www.kleinanzeigen.de. Offering your vehicles on Kleinanzeigen positions them in a marketplace that is highly specialised in local search. Your vehicle will not be offered as an auction but rather at a fixed price.
You can export following vehicles: Cars, motorbikes, motorhomes and commercial vehicles.
Requirements for free automatic export
• For automatically exported cars, maximum offer prices apply depending on your service package. Bronze: maximum offer price up to 6,000 €. Silver: maximum offer price up to 18,000 €. Gold: maximum offer price up to 21,000 €. Platinum: maximum offer price up to 25,000 €.
• Vehicle location is Germany.
• At least one ad photo must be included.
• For cars: The first registration must have been at least 9 months ago.
• For cars: The mileage must be at least 1,500 km.
• The ad may not be marked as 'For trading and export only'.
• The ad must not contain EnVKV specifications (and there must be no obligation to do so).
Requirements for manual export
• Vehicle location is Germany.
• At least one ad photo must be included.
• For cars: The first registration must have been at least 9 months ago.
• For cars: The mileage must be at least 1,500 km.
• The ad may not be marked as 'For trading and export only'.
• The ad must not contain EnVKV specifications (and there must be no obligation to do so).
Price security
The total monthly charges for the ad Export to Kleinanzeigen will not exceed a certain amount! You will pay a maximum of additional 100 percent of the net cost of your specific price scale per month – irrespective of the number of Kleinanzeigen Exports you book on the respective month.
New ad placements are new or updated ads with 0 age of ad days. Newly listed vehicles are specially flagged in the search result page. You can take advantage of this by marking your ads as NEW. This will help you draw more attention to your vehicles. Your ads also stay in the parking lists.
All dealers receive a contingent of free listings based on the maximum number of ads for their current price scale.
Costs: Every additional ad marked as NEW costs €2.99. As an exception to this rule, new e-bikes are free of charge.
Additional services and fees
Even if your bank is not yet a partner bank of mobile.de, you can add financing offers to your ad (exception: trucks and commercial vehicles).
The VIN request allows you to automatically add vehicle details and features using the vehicle identification number (VIN). Use the feature to improve your ad quality and your chances of selling.
mobile.de will cover the costs for your VIN requests! For every ad placed directly through a VIN request, you will receive a credit for the cost of the VIN request (€1.00).
This will be shown on your invoice as follows: If you use the VIN request a cost item for the amount of the VIN request and the corresponding credit note for the same amount (€1.00 each) will appear on the invoice. If you upload the VIN of your ad directly via interface or use a data service provider who inserts the VIN into the ad for you, only a credit of €1.00 will be itemised on the invoice.
Please note: If your ads are uploaded from a data service provider that charges more than €1.00 per VIN request, you have to assume the difference in cost.
Requirements
• Applies only to cars, vans/trucks up to 7.5 tons, trucks over 7.5 tons and semi-trailer trucks. Not valid for motorcycles or e-bikes.
• The vehicle may not be marked as 'reserved' or have been advertised in the same category with the same VIN in the past 6 months.
With the SMS service, any emailed customer enquiries are sent straight to your mobile by SMS at no additional cost to you.
With the direct link, you can direct customers to your external dealer homepage. Both the detailed view of your listing and the search result page will link to your offer. Section 7 No. 14 remains unaffected by this.
The direct link is included (i.e. free of charge) for Platinum package users.
You can add the Inventory Link to your own homepage at no charge so that your mobile.de inventory also appears on your own site.
If agreed between the parties or provided for in the General Terms and Conditions for Using the Professional Domain of the mobile.de website (GTC-PrD), we can charge the above-mentioned re-set-up fee under the agreed conditions.
